 Low self esteem, lack of self esteem, and low self confidence call all be cured, but only if you take action. Fears will only grow and fester if they are not challenged.  When I say challenged I am stating the need to identify where your fears are coming from. 

Low self esteem help does not treat the fear, but they symptoms of anxiety which is the feeling your experience when you anticipate the circumstances that create your low self esteem symptoms.

The anxiety is the "worry" mechanism that creates the feelings of doom, extreme nervousness, and or other physical symptoms such as sweaty palms, feeling faint, feeling nauseated, or a host of other physical symptoms.

When treating low self confidence you want to redirect your nervous energy into a positive force that will increase your self esteem instead of eroding it away. 

Self confidence hypnosis works very well for this, and can be done in the privacy of your own home, at work, on vacation, in your car, or anywhere else you feel comfortable, and can relax.

Every person wants to improve his or her self-esteem. The main issue is that most people are unclear about how to go about improving it. In fact, it is easier for most people to damage their self-esteem than to build it. Unconsciously, we decrease the image of ourselves through negative thinking. Negative thoughts diminish or even destroy our own self-image.

Below are some ideas on how one can improve his or her self-esteem.

==>Make a list of all your accomplishments

One of the best ways to improve your self-esteem is to take inventory of all your accomplishments. Take time to add everything on your list – minor and large accomplishments. If you want to have fun, make sure you have of a list of 101 things that you’ve done. You will have the satisfaction of recognizing your abilities and strengths.

This list will provide you with ideas that focus on areas of your life that you want to improve. We strive to create balance in our lives – both in our accomplishments and areas that need improvement.

Areas of improvement are our challenges and challenges provide a structure for us to continue to grow. Growth adds excitement and expands our abilities and accomplishments.

Make an effort to improve on the weak areas

After making a list of all your accomplishments and after discovering areas of improvement in your life, then it’s time to start focusing on how you will tackle what you want to change. Resolutions are not only applicable during the start of the year. You can make a resolution any time of the year.

As everyone probably knows, most New Year’s resolutions are broken come March, sometimes even earlier. To stick to your resolutions, focus on one small task at a time. If you try to change many things at once you will set yourself up for failure. Start small and you will see that your life is changing.

==>Set clear goals

For you to reach a certain goal, you must first be able to formulate it clearly. If you want to lose weight for example, don’t just say that you want to have a flat stomach or a small waist. Say instead that you want to achieve a 28 inch waist or ‘I want to lose 10 pounds’.

The advantage of having clear and defined goals is that it is easier for you to track your progress and create the best strategies to reach the goal faster. If you have clear goals and start implementing them, what you want seems to fall in the right place. You will find that situations and people will help you in achieving your goal.

==>Remember that life is a journey

There is a saying that the journey is more important than the destination. The same is true with life. So enjoy wherever you are right now and believe that life only gets better.
